2. General
We process personal data only where this is needed to provide this website, to answer your enquiries and to prepare or perform a contract with you. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by DomiXo – IT-Service, Frank Marten, Kirchstr. 21, 58332 Schwelm, Germany, which processes this data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit it, the server records the following data that your browser sends:
- IP address
- address of the page you came from (referrer)
- date and time of the request
- the page requested
- access status / HTTP status code
- amount of data transferred
- browser type and version, and operating system
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website). Server logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
4. Contact by e-mail
If you e-mail us, we store the information you send, including your contact details, to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering business enquiries). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry and any statutory retention periods, and do not pass it on without your consent.
5. Contact form (Web3Forms)
The contact form on this website is delivered by Web3Forms (Tinywebs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany), which forwards your message to our e-mail address.
When you submit the form, the data you enter (first and last name, e-mail address, company, the service you select, site location if given, and your message) is sent to Web3Forms' servers for forwarding. According to Web3Forms, the content of your message is not stored permanently. Your IP address may be processed briefly to prevent spam.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given with the checkbox before sending) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by e-mailing info@agradiance.com. More information: web3forms.com/privacy
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not store data in your browser. The language follows from the address you open (for example /de/).
7. Web analytics (Plausible Analytics)
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service of Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia). Plausible does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses and collects no personal data: only aggregated, anonymous usage statistics such as page views, referring sites and device type. Data is processed on servers in the European Union.

8. Fonts
The typeface Inter is served from our own server. No connection to external font services is made.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15)
- rectification (Art. 16)
- erasure (Art. 17)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal (Art. 7(3))

10. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), aki.ee. You may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The version published here applies.
